Exercise & Female Pelvic Health Specialist Qualification
The Mbodies Exercise & Female Pelvic Health Specialist Qualification launched in the UK at the beginning of 2021 and provides a deep, research-based, understanding of the key structures of the female pelvis and related local and global muscle systems and the dysfunctions that result from sub-optimal pelvic health. The Instructor is then taken through an understanding of where and how Pilates exercise can help to normalise and restore good pelvic function and the optimal way to programme these exercises together to maximise benefits.
To achieve the status of "Women's Wellness Specialist" it is necessary to enroll on and complete four modules. The modules are all online learning and so can be taken in any country and each module is certificated in its own right as a stand-alone module.
The 4 modules are :
M1 The Pelvic Floor & Core : Foundations in Anatomy & Function
M2 Dysfunctions in Female Pelvic Health: Can Pilates Help ?
M3 Diastasis Rectus Abdominis: Core Restoration using Pilates
M4 Functional Progression Of Pilates Programming for Pelvic Health Conditions

    Hello..I have spastic calf due to stroke leading to footdrop..does botox actually help you in footdrop? And can it lead to any side effects? I want to know about this so that it's easy for me to make a decision.. could you please help me through it since you have knowledge about it?
